渤海油井酸化返排液处理技术现状及存在问题

针对渤海油田油井酸化返排液井口加碱中和,进入平台处理系统,容易对平台油气水处理系统造成冲击的问题,总结了近年来渤海油田现场酸化返排液处理工艺的发展情况,指出油井酸化返排液处理,必须避免对平台油气水处理系统的正常运行造成影响。目前较好的方法是油井酸化返排液经处理后回注注水井。

Wellhead alkali neutralization technology for acidizing flowback liquid is widely used in acidizing in Bohai oilfield, neutral liquid injected into platform treatment system is easy to cause the problem on the platform treatment system. After the recent development of reacted flowback acid treatment technology in Bohai oilfield was summarized, then points out that acidizing flowback liquid treatment must avoid the impact on normal operation of the platform treatment system, a good method is that treated acidizing flowback liquid reinjected into water injection wells.
