舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用观察

Application of Sufentanil Combined with Propofol in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的:探讨给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术患者舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚的应用价值。方法:选取在我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组输注丙泊酚,观察组在对照组基础上输注舒芬太尼,对比分析两组镇痛效果、术后呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间及不良反应。结果:术后对照组镇痛优良率为77.8%,明显低于观察组的95.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后对照组呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间及不良反应发生率均明显多于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术患者舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚的镇痛效果显著,可明显缩短苏醒时间,减少不良反应。

Objective To investigate the application value of sufentanil combined with propofol in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy（ LM）.Methods 90 patients with LM in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each.Control group infused with propofol,observation group infused with sufentanil on the basis of control group.The analgesic effects,postoperative breathing？ recovery time,awakening time,orientation recovery time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After surgery,the good rate of analgesia of control group was 77.8%,which was significantly lower than 95.6% of observation group（ P 0.05）; After surgery,the breathing？ recovery time,awakening time,orientation recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions of control group were significantly more than observation group（ P 0.05）.Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol for patients with LM has significant analgesic effects,which can remarkably shorten awakening time and reduce adverse reactions.
