摘要
[目的]用吡唑醚菌酯和丙森锌复配制成干悬浮剂,以提高药物的生物利用率。[方法]采用湿法粉碎以及喷雾制粒制备70%吡唑醚菌酯·丙森锌干悬浮剂,并通过流点法筛选出润湿分散剂种类,根据粒径分布及黏度的测定优化润湿分散剂配比。[结果]该干悬浮剂最优配方:吡唑醚菌酯5%、丙森锌65%、TERWET 1004 3%、木质素磺酸钠6%、D-425 2%、硫酸铵5%、白砂糖2%、消泡剂0.3%、高岭土补足至100%。[结论]该配方制得的干悬浮剂悬浮率高,稳定性较好,各项性能指标均符合规定。
[Aims] The aims were to prepare dry flowable by mixing pyraclostrobin and propineb to improve the bioavailability of the drug. [Methods] The pyraclostrobin·propineb 70% dry flowable was prepared by wet grinding and spray granulation. The wetting dispersant was screened by flow point method, and the dispersant was optimized according to the particle size distribution and viscosity. [Results] The optimum formula was: pyraclostrobin 5%,propineb 65%, TERWET 1004 3%, sodium lignin sulfonate 6%, D-425 2%, ammonium sulphate 5%, white sugar 2%,defoamers 0.3%, kaolin complements to 100%. [Conclusions] The formulation has the advantages of high suspension rate and good stability, all specifications of this formulation meet with the regulations.
