摘要
将六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)直接与淀粉和甘油混合,通过挤出注塑工艺制备了SHMP交联改性的热塑性淀粉塑料(TPS),研究了SHMP添加量对TPS拉伸强度、冲击强度、耐水性能及转矩流变性能的影响。结果表明,当SHMP含量为6%时,淀粉塑料的拉伸强度最高,达到3.75 MPa,断裂伸长率为190%;冲击强度比TPS略有下降;表面接触角由46.34°增加到76.12°,耐水性明显改善;转矩流变曲线表明,此时峰值转矩适中,有利于加工成型。
The sodium hexametaphosphate crosslinking modified thermoplastic starch (SHMP/TPS) plastics were prepared by blending SHMP,starch and glycerol directly,followed by extrusion and injection molding. The effects of different content of SHMP on mechanical, impact, water resistance and torque theological properties of SHMP/TPS were studied. The results indicated the maximum values of tensile strength reached 3.75 MPa and the elongation at break increased to 190% at 6% SHMP, while the impact strength decreased compared with unmodified TPS;The contact angle was enhanced from 46.34° to 76. 12° ,which was proved that the water resistance property was remarkably improved. The torque rheological curves showed that the peak torque of SHMP/TPS was moderate and favorable for proeessability.
