摘要
采用L9(34)正交实验设计,结合直观和方差分析方法,研究了分散速度、分散时间、糊树脂下料时间以及增塑剂下料方式几个因素在不同水平条件下对聚氯乙烯(PVC)瓶盖密封胶分散效果和黏度性能的影响。结果表明:分散速度对PVC密封胶的分散均匀性和黏度均有显著影响;分散速度越大,胶体细度越小,黏度稳定性能越好。分散时间对PVC胶体的初始黏度和24 h后的黏度值影响显著;分散时间长会使PVC胶的黏度上升,稳定性相对较好。PVC糊树脂的下料时间和增塑剂的下料方式2个工艺参数对PVC胶体的黏度性能影响不显著。
The effect of some process conditions on the properties of poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC) lid sealing plastisols were studied. The dispersion speed, dispersion time, feeding time of PVC paste resin, and the feeding style of plastisol at different levels were considered by using L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experimental design, combined visual with variance analysis method. The result indicated that the dispersion speed had a significant influence on the dispersion uniformity and the viscosity properties of PVC plastisols. The larger the dispersion speed, the smaller the size of the plastisol, the better the viscosity stability. The dispersion time had remarkable influence on the initial viscosity and the viscosity after 24 hours of the PVC plastisol. The viscosity of PVC plastisol was increased, and the stability would be relatively well if the dispersion time was extended. The effects of the feeding time of PVC paste resin and the feeding style of plasticizer on the viscosities of the PVC plastisols were not significant.
