摘要
根据复杂分离器带锥度体塑件模具生产的难点,设计了一模一腔的点浇口注塑模具;针对12个不规则锥度孔的脱模需要,设计了2种脱模机构,一种采用平行一体式联动抽芯机构,将锥度孔分组进行抽芯脱模,一种采用圆周周向式整体抽芯机构进行抽芯脱模;针对下部凹环处的脱模,设计了模板驱动式凹环哈弗滑块抽芯机构;为保证所设计脱模机构的动作功能实现,模具结构采用4次分型简化型三板模结构以保证脱模机构及顶出机构的依次顺序动作;实践证明,模具结构新颖,有较好的创新性和实用性,可为同类复杂塑件的注塑模设计提供参考。
Based on the difficulties that a complex plastic separator producted by injecting moulding which was designed with the taper characteristic, A plastic three-plate injecting mould was designed that with one cavity ,and also the gate system adopt point gate system. 12 irregular taper hole should be demoulded at the same time, Two kinds of demoulding mechanism were given,the first method was using a new parallel one-piece linkage core-pulling mechanism which was adopt to extract taper hole that was grouped ;and the second method was using a circular circumferential demoulding mechanism to realize the core- pulling demoulding; Aimed at the demoulding of the location of the lower concave ring of the product, a pulling mechanism with half slider core for concare and the plate driven was designed; In order to ensure the movement function of the demoulding mechanism designed,The structure of the mould was divided into 4 parts and a simplified three-plate mould structure was adopted to ensure the demoulding mechanism and the ejection mechanism of the order of action; it had been proved that the mould had the advantages of novel structure, good innovative and practical, reference for similar complex design of injection mould for the same type of plastic parts were provided.
