摘要
为了满足液晶光学器件快速响应,提高相容性的要求,设计了含有乙烷桥键的负性液晶材料3PEPYO2。合成路线以丙基溴苯、对溴苄溴、2,3-二氟-4-乙氧基苯硼酸等为原料,通过采用格氏反应、Wittig反应和Suzuki等反应制备了3PEPYO2。并通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪、红外、核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。差热分析获知化合物分别于76.77℃进入液晶相。液晶综合参数测试结果表明化合物的Δn值为0.1886,Δε值为-0.798。这些化合物在制备快速响应液晶光学器件中可能会有潜在的应用价值。
In order to meet tive liquid crystal material the requirements of rapid response, and improve the compatibility, a nega- 3PEPYO2 containing ethane bridge bond was designed. The 3PEPYO2 was prepared by combination of Grignard reaction, Wittig reaction and Suzuki reaction, using propyl bro- mobenzene, bromobenzyl bromide and 2, 3-difluoro-4-ethoxybenzeneboronic acid as raw materials. And the structure was characterized by GC-MS, IR and NMR. The results showed that the compound was immersed in liquid crystal phase at 76.77 ~C with An value of 0.188 6 and the Δε value of -0.798. The compound may have potential application value in the preparation of fast response and high refractive liquid crystal optics.
