不同前处理方法测定林蛙牛骨胶囊中钙含量实验对比研究

Comparative study on the determination of calcium content in Linwa Niugu Capsule by different pretreatment methods

目的建立保健食品林蛙牛骨胶囊中钙的含量测定方法。方法样品采用湿法消解、微波消解法、压力罐消解及干法灰化处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法对林蛙牛骨胶囊中钙的含量进行对比研究,比较不同消解方法的精密度、重复性及回收率等。结果湿法消解、微波消解法、压力罐消解测定林蛙牛骨胶囊中钙平均回收率分别为99.16%、98.90%、97.83%。结论采用微波消解法进行前处理更简便、更快捷,测得样品中钙的含量也相对较高,更适用于林蛙牛骨胶囊中钙含量的测定。

Objective To establish a method for determination of calcium content in Linwa Niugu Capsule. Methods The samples were treated by wet digestion,microwave digestion,pressure digestion and dry ashing. Calcium content in Linwa Niugu Capsule were contrastive studyed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The precision,repeatability and recovery rate of different digestion methods were compared. Results The average recoveries of calcium in the Linwa Niugu Capsule were respectively 99.16%,98.90%,and 97.83%,which were determined by wet digestion,microwave digestion,pressure tank digestion and dry ashing method. Conclusion It is easier and faster to pretreat with microwave digestion method,and the content of calcium in the sample is relatively higher,which is more suitable for the determination of calcium in Linwa Niugu Capsule.
