探讨全程优质护理服务在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用

Application of the whole process quality nursing service in the management of surgical instrument in disinfection and supply center

目的分析全程优质护理服务在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年2月~2015年3月期间,此过程未进行全程优质护理服务设置为对照组,其消毒手术器械15802件,选择我院2016年4月~2017年5月期间,此过程实施全程优质护理服务并设置为观察组,其消毒手术器械14756件,对两组整体护理质量和满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组通过全程优质护理服务后护理满意度经计算后为95.0%,对照组通过基础护理服务后护理满意度经计算后为75.0%,此外观察组消毒合格率显著高于对照组,两组数据间经比对统计学意义产生。结论消毒供应中心手术器械管理选择全程优质护理服务可将整体质量予以提升,同时其安全性良好,临床应用价值存在。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole process quality nursing service in the management of surgical instrument in disinfection and supply center. Methods From February 2014 to March 2015, in our hospital the process not to undertake the whole course quality nursing service was set to control group,the 15802 pieces surgical instrument was disinfected.From April 2016 to May 2017, in our hospital the process implement the whole process quality care service was set to observation group,the 14756 pieces surgical instrument was disinfected.And the overall nursing quality and satisfaction were analyzed and compared. Results After the total quality nursing service,the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.0% after the calculation. After the basic nursing service,the nursing satisfaction degree of the control group was 75.0% after the calculation.In addition,the rate of disinfection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The whole process quality nursing service in the management of surgical instrument in disinfection and supply center can improve the overall quality,Meanwhile,it has good safety and clinical application value.
