老年下肢骨折患者术后预防深静脉血栓护理体会

Nursing experience of prevention of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery in elderly patients

目的分析及探索预防老年下肢骨折患者术后出现深静脉血栓的护理措施,并总结护理体会。方法收集本院骨科病房2015年3月~2017年3月间接收的患下肢骨折的100例患者,随机分成两组:对照组共50例,为其提供常规临床护理干预服务;护理组共50例,入院后接受与对照组相同的护理服务,同时在此基础上加用针对性的深静脉血栓预防性护理干预措施。观察两组服药依从性、健康教育依从性、出院复诊依从性。同时通过本院自制的护理满意度调查问卷评估及比较两组患者的护理满意度情况;两组术后住院时间、下床时间。结果与对照组进行对照分析发现,护理组的服药依从性、健康教育依从性、出院复诊依从性均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度显著更高(P<0.05);护理组的住院时间、下床时间均比对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针对性护理措施对老年下肢骨折患者采用整体全面的护理干预服务,可以提高护理满意度,提高患者的依从性,同时可以降低住院时间,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze and explore the nursing measures of prevention of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery in elderly patients, and to summarize the nursing experience. Methods 100 patients in department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 who suffering from lower limb fracture were collected, and randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group（50 cases） and nursing group（50 cases）, the palienls of control group were given the routine clinical nursing intervention, the patients of nursing group were given the intervention measures of preventive nursing of deep vein thrombosis on the basis of the control group. The medication compliance, health education compliance and compliance of discharged patients were observed and compared between the two groups. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate and compare the satisfaction degree of patients of the two groups. The hospitalization time and the time of getting out of bed in the two groups were analyzed. Results The medication compliance, health education compliance and compliance of discharged patients of nursing group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The hospitalization time and the time of getting out of bed were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention service for elderly patients with lower extremity fracture is adopted by targeted nursing measures, can improve nursing satisfaction, improve patient compliance, and reduce the hospitalization time, worthy of reference.
