目的探讨微信平台应用于护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法自2014年5月~2016年6月在我院建立妇产科护理人员微信平台,以通过现代化信息技术及时将护理管理中发现的问题以及工作需要及时的传达下去,评价微信平台应用发送护理管理信息日耗时与月办公费用、护士考核成绩以及护士对护士长管理工作方法的满意度,评价微信平台应用的优越性,并与2012年5月~2014年4月期间发送护理管理信息日耗时与月办公费用、护士考核成绩以及护士对护士长管理工作方法的满意度进行比较。结果开通微信平台之前,各类护理信息的传递投入了大量的人力、时间和金钱,开通微信平台之后,节省了劳动时间以及成本;护士考核分数在开通微信平台后明显提高,由原来的(72.21±12.52)分增加到(89.12±11.72)分;护士对护士长管理工作方法的满意度明显增高(P<0.05)。结论微信平台提高工作效率、增强工作效果,有效提高了护理人员的工作满意度与积极性,极大的保证护理质量,同时可减轻工作的压力,让工作更充实,并促进团结的组织;护士应用微信平台可以提高护士的基本知识和技能掌握,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform applied to nursing management. Methods Since May 2014 - June 2016, the WeChat platform for obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff in our hospital was established. Through the modern information technology, nursing management problems and work needs were transmitted timely in a timely manner. The daily cost of sending nursing management information and the monthly office costs, the nurses＇ assessment results, and the nurses＇ satisfaction with the management methods of the head nurse of WeChat platform application were evaluated, and the advantages of WeChat platform application was evaluated, which were compared with the daily cost of sending nursing management information and the monthly office costs, the nurses＇ assessment results, and the nurses＇ satisfaction with the management methods of the head nurse during May 2012 to April 2014. Results Before opening the WeChat platform, a great deal of manpower, time and money were spent on the delivery of various kinds of nursing information. After opening the WeChat platform, the labor time and cost were saved. The examination scores of nurses increased obviously after opening the WeChat platform, increased from the original （72.21 ± 12.52） points to （89.12 ± 11.72） points, and the nurses＇ slatisfaetion with the management method of the head nurses increased significantly （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The WeChat / platform f improves work efficiency and enhances work efficiency, and improves the job satisfaction and motivation of nursing staff, greatly guarantees the quality of nursing, at the same time, it can relieve the pressure of work, make the work more substantial and promote the organization of unity. The application of WeChat platform for nurses can improve the basic knowledge and skills of nurses, and is worthy of clinical application.
