构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系与提升中国特色社会主义政治经济学的话语权是同一过程的两个方面,相辅相成。提升中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语权,才能有效建构、实践和传播中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语体系。提升中国特色社会主义政治经济学话语权应当坚持在唯物史观视阈下研究中国特色社会主义政治经济学、从世界过程的分析中创新中国特色社会主义政治经济学、以人民为中心定性中国特色社会主义政治经济学、将中国政治经济目标的合理性论证作为中国特色社会主义政治经济学实践旨归的四大原则。
