我国经济发展始终坚持以人民为中心,社会个体在参与经济发展过程中,离不开自身作为家庭成员的身份,重视人生存发展的家庭保障,才能真正达到发展为了人民的终极目的。女性作为拥有延续人类生命能力的特殊群体,在家庭成员的生存与发展保障中占据重要地位和发挥重要作用。要充分发挥女性不可替代的作用,首先必须妥善解决女性就业问题。在当今女性就业环境日趋严峻的背景下,对于女性就业发展的保障制度必须给予足够重视,并在实践中采取必要措施加以治理。唯有如此,才能逐步解决女性就业难的问题,从而有效推进人生存发展的家庭保障。

China targets the people as the center of its economic development. Social individuals, who participate in the economic development, are also important roles as family members. Therefore, family security issues that concerning human survival and development must be taken seriously. Only in that way, can we achieve the aim of developing for the people. As a special group with the ability of human reproduction, women play an irreplaceably important role in the family security issues. In order to allow women to interpret this role wonderfully, we must firstly solve the problem of female employment well. However, under the grim situation of women＇s employment environment, the reform of women＇s employment security system must be paid more attention. Besides, efforts must be made to regulate and amend relevant laws and regulations. Only through this, can we relieve the severe situation of female employment and effectively promote the work of family security.
