京津冀一体化进程中产业结构问题研究

京津冀的发展作为国家的重大战略,成为既长三角、珠三角之后的第三增长极。但是京津冀的发展远不及珠三角和长三角,区域内伴随着产业的相互竞争、产业结构不合理、产业结构趋同等问题,产业结构的优化也已经成为无法避免的问题。在京津冀区域协调发展的过程中,京津冀三地需要建立开放、统一、有序的市场经济体制、实现三地产业承接和转移、通过定位发展各自特色产业、分散首都非核心功能并优化区域功能布局,促进京津冀一体化进程中产业及结构不断优化。

The development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has become an important national strategy and has become the third growth pole after the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Yet the development of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei is far behind them. with the rise of competition of industry, the unreasonable industrial structure, and the repeated industrial constructions, the optimization of the industrial structure has become the problems can not be avoided. In the process of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions, the three regions need to optimize the industrial structure to combine their respective advantages and characteristics of industrial structure in the stage, to find suitable positions and be fully aware of their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and strive to achieve common development aspirations.
