摘要
文章通过比较美国、德国以及欧盟在绿色地产政策的做法,得出其政策的优势:完善的金融机制、广泛的社会参与、健全的法律法规体系、激励手段的多样化以及重视消费端的经济激励。我国要充分借鉴发达国家的经验,通过实施多元化的激励政策,进一步加强认证与标识制度的完善与公民的绿色意识、注重技术创新与产业化发展的政策以及简化行政与审批手续等措施来促进我国绿色地产的发展。
Through the comparison of the United States, Germany and the EU in the green building incentive policy practices that the incentive policy advantages is found: improve the financial mechanism, extensive social participation, perfect laws and regulations system, incentive means diversification and to focus on the consumer side of the economic incentive. Our country should make full use of the experience of developed countries, through the implementation of diversified incentive policy, further strengthen certification and labeling system perfect and the citizen's green consciousness, pay attention to technology innovation and industrialization development of incentive policies and simplify the administrative examination and approval procedures, and other measures to promote the development of green building in our country.
