摘要
以国家及山东省法规为例,对工业涂装尤其是ACE(农机、工程机械及大型装备)涂装VOC减排的合规性进行了分析,指出无论是新建生产线还是现有线合规性改造,都必须遵守"原材料替代、工艺控制和末端治理"原则进行统筹设计,最后优选出了最佳可行控制技术。
The material replacement, process control and abatement are adopted in China. The compliance of VOC emission reducing from industrial coating specially ACE has been analyzed based on national and Shandong regulations. The compare with the advantages and disadvantages of HS, WB and powder coating has studied. The HS, WB and powder coating with abatement all can comply with Shandong standard. The HS coating is the best available control technology （BACT） because it is good film appearance and performance, low cost and workability.
