摘要
华侨华人人才留居美国的主要原因是美国的"社会公平""子女教育""环境保护"和"事业机会"。在美国华侨华人人才的价值观体系中,金钱不是第一位的,环境的良好(包括社会环境和自然环境)及价值的实现(包括自身价值和子女价值)才至关重要。"中国梦"理念和社会主义核心价值观体系契合美国华侨华人人才的价值诉求,应成为中国引才对策的总纲领。基于各因素之间的相关性计算结果,还应采取一系列针对性引才措施。
The main reasons for Chinese talents staying in the USA are social justice, child's education, environmental protection and career opportunity. In the value system of the Chinese talents staying in the USA, money is not the most important, while good environment (including social environment and natural environment) and value realization (including self-value realization and next generation's value realization) are the most important. The concept of Chinese Dream and the socialist core value system are suitable for the values of the Chinese talents staying in the USA, which should be considered as the general guiding rules for attracting overseas talents. Based on the correlation analysis results of various factors, some pointed countermeasures of attracting overseas talents should be taken.
