摘要 "英才计划"是探索基础学科拔尖创新人才早期培养模式的重要举措。上海交通大学作为"英才计划"的首批试点单位,积极探索适合中学生特点的创新人才培养模式。学校通过采取执行导师制、实验室组会制、重点关注制等模式充分发挥导师的作用,有效利用校内各种资源,激发了"英才计划"学员的科学兴趣,提高了他们的科学素养和科研能力。学校在实施"英才计划"中也遇到一些问题,如学生和家长对"英才计划"缺乏正确认识、培养过程中时间和空间无法保障、约束机制乏力等。这需要多方联动和机制保障,以推进"英才计划"的顺利实施。 The "Elite Program" is a major effort to explore an early education model that leads adolescents to creativity and excellence in basic subjects. As one of the first pilot institutions for the program, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) has been seeking a creativity-inspiring education model tailor-made for secondary school students. SJTU has been making effective use of its multiple resources and giving a prominent role to mentors by appointing executive mentors, forming lab groups, and establishing teaching priorities. As a result, the students have developed interest in the subjects, and improved their scientific sensibility and research ability. However, SJTU has also met some problems in executing the program, such as the misinterpretation of the program on the part of students and parents, the time and space limits in teaching, and an inadequate supervising mechanism. It takes concerted efforts and institutional safeguards to push for a smooth conduct of the program.
