摘要
教师素质提升是学校特色发展的催化剂,而校本教研是在职教师能力发展的有效途径之一。根据学校国际化进程中教师专业发展的现状,广东华侨中学课题组通过问卷调查和访谈构建教师核心能力要素,包括教学能力、课程能力、科研能力、跨文化传播能力、合作交流能力和工具应用能力六大方面。课题组进一步构建校本教研模型并设置五大主题项目作为校本教研实施载体,围绕学校国际化进程的共同愿景和教师核心能力的提升而展开。实践证明,聚焦教师核心能力的校本教研增强了教师专业发展的积极性、自觉性和主动性。
A better teaching quality contributes to the distinctive features of a school. School-based educational research is an effective way to develop teachers' ability. According to the current situation of teachers' professional development in the process of internationalization, through questionnaires and interviews, Guangdong Overseas Chinese High School has constructed the teachers' core abilities, including teaching ability, course-design ability, research ability, cross-cultural communication skills, cooperation skills and tools application ability. The school also developed a model for school-based educational research by creating five themed projects, with a view to achieving the shared goals in the school's internationalization and improving the teachers' core abilities. And it has been proved that the school- based educational research on the basis of teachers' core abilities can further motivate teachers in their professional development.
