特色文化街区肩负着展示和传承城市特色文化的任务,集中展现出城市的魅力。本文以合肥市罍街为例,通过对合肥市罍街建设的优势与劣势、发展机遇及遇到的困难进行分析后认为:理念创新是特色文化街区建设的核心,深度挖掘历史文化是特色文化街区建设的灵魂,企划营销方式的创新是特色文化街区建设的关键,政府引导是特色文化街区建设的动力,街区综合治理是特色文化街区建设的保障,等等,希望能够为打造更好的特色文化街区提供借鉴。
