摘要
参训者对培训的满意度是衡量培训成效的重要指标,也是改进培训课程与管理的主要依据。本研究运用问卷调查法和访谈法对西北五省区参训的293名园长和432名教师对“幼师国培计划”的满意度进行了调查。结果发现:(1)参训园长及教师对“幼师国培计划”的整体满意度较高。(2)不同性别园长的满意度有非常显著的差异。男性园长的满意度显著高于女性园长。(3)不同专业背景园长的满意度存在显著性差异。其他师范教育类专业出身的园长的满意度显著高于学前教育专业出身的园长的满意度。(4)不同省份园长和教师的满意度存在显著性差异。陕西参训园长与宁夏、新疆、甘肃参训园长的满意度存在显著性差异,陕西园长的满意度明显高于宁夏、新疆、甘肃的园长。陕西参训教师与青海、甘肃参训教师的满意度存在显著性差异,陕西参训教师的满意度高于青海、甘肃教师的满意度。(5)不同培训类型参训教师的满意度存在显著性差异。乡村教师访名校教师的满意度高于置换脱产教师的满意度。研究者在此基础上对影响参训者满意度的主要因素进行了深入的路径分析,并据此提出若干进一步提升参训者满意度的建议。
Children's safety education is to improve children's safety awareness and self protection skills, and ultimately .achieve the goal of protecting children. The researcher believes safety education should focus on children's experience. There- fore, the author puts forward the following strategies (1) the design of the experience in children's safety education should be based on their own personal experience; (2) peer relationship should be used to enhance the experience effectively; (3) teach- ers should pay attention to their teaching behavior and :details; (4) the setting up of appropriate teaching situation should be emphasized.
