摘要
目的探讨肺结核病蛋白质标志物的筛选方法。方法利用酶联免疫吸附法筛选肺结核病的治愈标志物。结果α-1抗胰糜蛋白酶(AACT)、丛生蛋白(CLU)、免疫球蛋白α-1链C区(IGHA1)3个蛋白质在治愈肺结核病患者中均较未用药组显著降低,并且由这3个蛋白质构建的判定模型的敏感度达79.59%,特异度达77.36%。结论AACT、CLU、IGHA1有可能成为治愈肺结核病的血清标志物。
Objective To explore the scanning of tuberculosis biomarkers. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays aimed on proteins related with the inflammatory state were performed. Result Alpha-1-antichymotrypsin ( AACT ) , clusterin ( CLU ) , and Ig alpha-1 chain C region ( IGHA1 ) showed significantly reduced levels in cured pulmonary tuberculosis ( TB ) patients than untreated ones. Furthermore, the decision model established by these three proteins reached a sensitivity of 79.59%, and a specificity of 77.36%. Conclusion It is suggested that AACT, CLU, IGHAI may be served as potential biomarkers for curing TB.
