健脾化瘀祛痰解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效评价

目的探讨中药健脾化瘀祛痰解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的临床疗效。方法选取CAG患者120例随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。观察组予中药健脾化瘀祛痰解毒法治疗，对照组予胃复春片治疗，疗程为3个月，评价两组的疗效。结果观察组中医症候疗效、胃镜及病理检查有效率分别为90．0％、76．7％，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论中药健脾化瘀祛痰解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of invigorating spleen, removing stasis, eliminating phlegm and detoxiflcation method in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （ CAG ） . Methods 120 patients with CAG were randomly divided into the experimental group （ 60 cases ） and the control group （ 60 cases ） . The experimental group was given invigorating spleen, removing stasis, eliminating phlegm and detoxification treatment, the control group was given Weifuchun tablets treatment, treatment for 3 months, the evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups. Results The effective rate of TCM symptoms, the effect of gastroscopy and pathology in the experimental group were 90% and 76.7%, respectively. The curative effects were compared with those of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The method of invigorating the spleen, removing stasis, eliminating phlegm and detoxicating has good clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis.
