摘要
目的与单波源电磁式冲击波碎石机(ESWL)比较,评价双波源电磁式冲击波碎石机临床应用的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2016年3月236例行泌尿系结石体外冲击波碎石患者的临床资料,随机分双波源组和单波源组,每组各118例。比较2组患者治疗时间、X线曝光时间、碎石中疼痛评分、结石排净率、复震率。结果两组患者碎石术后初次血尿、肾血肿、感染比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);双波源碎石机结石排净率高于单波头碎石机,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);双波源碎石机复震率、治疗时间、X线曝光时间、碎石中疼痛评分、转手术率低于单波源,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论双波源碎石机独特的优势提高结石粉碎效果、降低组织的损伤、并加快治疗过程。临床治疗安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the electromagnetic wave blaster ( ESWL ) in a single source of electromagnetic waves. Methods The clinical data of 236 patients with extraeorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in our hospital from December 2012 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the double wave source group and the single wave source group ( n=118 ) , with a total of 118 cases in each group. 2 groups of patients were compared with the treatment time, X-ray exposure time, pain score in stone, stone discharge rate, complex earthquake rate. Results No significant lithotripsy after initial hematuria, renal hematoma, infection difference ( P〉0.05 ) ; double wave lithotripsy stone free rate was higher than that of single wave head crusher, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) ; double wave lithotripsy retreatment rate, treatment time, X-ray exposure time, pain score, stone surgery rate below a single source were compared and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 or P〈O.O 1 ) . Conclusion The unique advantages of double wave source stone crusher can improve the grinding effect, reduce the damage of tissue and accelerate the process of treatment. Clinical treatment is safe and effective.
