优质护理新举措优化儿科护患关系的临床效果观察

目的探讨优质护理新举措水果代号责任护士护理模式对优化儿科护患关系的效果。方法2016年3月至5月实施常规优质护理的患儿120例为对照组，2016年6月至8月实施优质护理新举措水果代号责任护士护理模式的患儿120例为观察组。比较两组患儿对责任护士的知晓率和护理满意度。结果观察组患儿对责任护士知晓率和护理满意度优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论水果代号责任护士护理模式可有效提高患儿及家属对责任护士的知晓率，提高护理满意度，融洽护患关系，减少护患纠纷，有利于促进患儿尽快康复．提高护理质量。

Objective To probe into the effect of a new measure about high-quality nursing care which is named as Fruit Symbol Primary Nursing Mode for optimizing the relationship between pediatric nurses and patients. Methods The intensive nursing group of 120 cases were given routine high-quality nursing care from March to May 2016, and another 120 patients of control group were given Fruit Symbol Primary Nursing Mode from June to August 2016. The two groups were compared with the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction. Results There were statistically difference between two groups （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusions The new measure can raise awareness rate, enhance nursing satisfaction, build a rapport and reduce nurse-patient conflicts. It is also helpful to promote the children＇s recovery as soon as possible and improve nursing quality.
