中药热敷在高热患儿静脉穿刺中的应用

目的探讨中药热敷疗法在辅助高热伴静脉穿刺困难中的应用。方法高热患儿100例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，观察组采用自制中药手套，热敷手背15min后，再进行手部静脉穿刺。对照组采用自制手套（不加中药）热敷手背15min后，再进行静脉穿刺。比较两组静脉穿刺成功率。结果观察组静脉穿刺成功率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药热敷后使高热伴静脉穿刺困难患儿穿刺成功率明显增加，输液计划明显提高。

Objective To explore the application of hot therapy of traditional Chinese medicine hot pack in adjuvant high fever with venous puncture. Methods 100 cases of high fever children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases of each group. The observation group was treated with homemade Chinese medicine gloves, hot pack hand back 15minutes, and then hand veinpuncture. The control group was treated with homemade gloves （ without Chinese medicine ） , hot pack hand back 15minutes, and then hand vein punctures. The success rates of two groups of venipuncture were compared. Results The success rate of venipuncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot pack after the high fever with venipuncture difficult has a significant increase in the success rate in children, and the infusion plan is improved obviously.
