系统性硬化症合并糖尿病一例

摘要 系统性硬化症（systemic sclerosis，SSc），临床上以局限性或弥漫性皮肤增厚和纤维化为特征，也可影响肺、心血管等多系统的慢性自身免疫性疾病。目前病因及发病机制尚未明确，治疗上并无特效方法，主要应用激素及免疫抑制剂，部分患者疗效不佳且易出现不良反应。本文回顾性分析1例系统性硬化症合并糖尿病患者的临床资料，现报道如下。
