一种偏振片透振方向测定方法

摘要 研究了一种基于相位差测量的精确测定偏振片透振方向的方法.一束光经过偏振片后变为线偏振光,其偏振方向即为透振方向,然后经过一个四分之一波片和偏振分光棱镜后,偏振分光棱镜的透射光和反射光的相位差与线偏振光偏振方向成一定的关系.通过外差干涉产生拍频光,用相位计采集这两束光的相位差即可确定偏振片的透振方向.在此系统中采用1°的相位计,即可以得到0.5°的测量分辨率.最后,实验证明此系统能够精确测量偏振片的透振方向. A new method to ting a quarter wave plate and measure the polarization direction of a linear polarized light is p a polarized beam splitter, the polarization direction has a linear relationship with the phase difference between two orthogonal lights splitted by polarized beam splitter.Then we adopt heterodyne interference to generate beat frequency signal and measure the phase difference by phase meter.The resolution of phase meter adopted in this system is 1° and the angle measurement can reach a resolution of 0.25°.The ex- periment results proved its outstanding capabilities.
