Electronic email brings a lot of convenience to the users.But with the increase of the number of the network users,people are often troubled by junk mails with unknown source.In order to refrain from the incon- venience to our work and life brought by them, technology is designed to ensure the email safety which can be realized through controlling the email frequency. This can effectively eradicate the spread of junk mails and mails with virus.
