火焰探头与易熔塞在火灾探测中的综合应用设计

Integrated application design of the flame probes and fusible plug in fire detection

易熔塞结构简单,可机械连锁消防系统,不受现场安装空间限制。该文提出了一种火焰探头与易熔塞综合应用的设计方案,并自行设计了一种专门用于海洋平台易熔塞布置的气动控制盘。实际应用表明,该方案弥补了单一火灾探测方式的缺点,具有性能稳定、安全、响应及时的特点,解决了火焰探头工作视角容易受到探测设备和管线阻挡的问题。

As we know, the fusible plugs, of which the structure is simple, can be interlocked me-chanically with fire fighting system without the limitation of on-site installation space. In this paper, a design for the integrated application of flame probe and fusible plug is proposed, and a pneumatic control panel specially designed for fusible plug arrangement on offshore platform is designed. The practical ap-plication show that this design can make up the shortcomings of the single fire detection method, and has the characteristics of stable performance, safety and timely response, which solves the problem that the working angles for the flame probes are easily obstructed by the detectors and pipeline.
