摘要
调查显示,师宗县乡村教师的流动及流失意愿比较强烈,不同年龄、工资水平、距离县城远近和夫妻分居状况等变量上乡村教师的流动及流失意愿存在显著差异。让孩子享受更好的教育资源、工资待遇、家庭因素、工作负担和工作压力、教师个人发展诉求和学校地理位置等因素影响乡村教师流动及流失意愿。为稳定乡村教师队伍,应关注乡村教师生活需求,帮助乡村教师解决孩子上学等生活问题;关注年轻乡村教师,帮助年轻乡村教师实现个人专业发展;提高乡村教师工资水平,实行差别化生活补助;缓解乡村教师工作压力,培养全科型乡村教师。
The survey shows that, with regard to rural teachers in Shizong County, there is a high turnover rate and a strong will to quit, the degree of which varies a lot according to their age, salary, distance from the nearest county and marriage condition. Their children' s education, salary, marriage, responsibility and stress of their work become the main factors that decide their choice to move or quit. To ensure the stability of rural teachers, measures should be taken to help rural teachers deal with what they are concerned about like kids' education, their professional development, a better salary, relatively relaxing work environment and help them become a all -subject teacher.
