曲靖城镇化进程中社区法治缺失及对策研究

Deficiency in Communities' Rule by Law and the Countermeasures in the Urbanization of Qujing

在法治社会进程中,社区法治建设还存在着相当的盲区。当前,曲靖社区法律缺失现象比较严重,具体表现为相关部门重视不够、在社区一级财政支持力度很小、社区居民法律意识法治实践还相当淡薄、对法律专业人才的利用存在问题等方面,从而对曲靖和谐宜居城市建设有所影响和制约。为此,曲靖应在深入贯彻落实党中央全面推进依法治国的前提下,积极主动建立健全法律服务体系,提高法律服务水平,跟上时代步伐,为地区经济和社会发展提供强有力的法治保障。

In the process of ruling society by law, there remains some blank in the construction oi the rule ot law in the communities. At present, the deficiency of rule by law is relatively obvious in communities of Qu- jing： departments involved do not pay enough attention; financial support at the community level is very lim- ited; the community residents have little awareness of the law and can＇ t practice the rule of law and legal professionals are in shortage. All of these problems restrict the construction of the harmonious livable city, Qujing. Therefore, with the implementation of comprehensive rule by law proposed by the Party Central Committee, Qujing should actively establish and improve the legal service system, improve the legal serv- ices, keep pace with the times so as to provide a strong legal guarantee for its regional economic and social development.
