With the rapid development of Internet technology in the world, the network technology has become a key force in social innovation. The modern educational technology also needs to actively use network technology to promote the innovation. Different from the traditional educational technology, the modern educational technology mainly refers to a new form of the comprehensive utilization of multimedia technology, network technology, communication technology and other fields to carry out teaching.
