摘要
采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析氧化层的成分和相组成,研究了Cr18Mn18高氮奥氏体不锈钢高温氧化行为和氧化动力学。研究表明,Cr18Mn18高氮奥氏体不锈钢氧化速率常数Kp在950、1 050、1 150℃时,分别为3.10×10^(-5) kg^2·m^(-4)·h^(-1),1.85×10^(-4)kg^2·m^(-4)·h^(-1)和3.71×10^(-4)kg^2·m^(-4)·h^(-1),其氧化激活能Q值为113 881J/mol。
With X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), the composition and phase the oxidation layers are analyzed. Also the oxidation behavior and oxidation kinetics of Cr18Mn18 high nitrogen austenitic stainless steelat high temperature are also studied. The results indicate that the oxidation rate constant Kp of the stainless steel at is 3.10 ×10-5 kg2 · m-4 · h-1, 1.85×10.4 kg2 · m-4 · h-1 and 3.71 × 10-4 kg2 · m-4 · h-1 at 950 ℃, 1 050 ℃ and 1 150 ℃ respectively. The oxidation activation energy Q is 113 881J/mol.
