摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测大米粉中的重金属含量。实验数据表明,铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、镍、砷等可以达到小于1.0μg/kg的检出限。该方法可以为大米粉中以上7种金属残留量检测提供技术支持。
ICP-MS is used to measure the residual amount of heavy metal. Experimental results indieate that detection limit for Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr,As and Ni in rice powder is less than 1.0 μg/kg. The method can offer some technical support for the measurement of above heavy metal in the rice powder.
