新型商业综合体结构设计与分析

摘要 南昌万达茂具有多业态组合、体型复杂、内部空旷等特点,其结构体系选用框架结构,大空间及入口区域采用钢结构。针对超长结构问题,结合建筑功能灵活设缝,减小结构单体长度,并给出设计及施工过程的关键措施。对室内步行街中庭人行天桥进行有限元优化,满足结构安全、结构舒适度及最佳视觉效果。为确保入口大跨悬挑钢桁架结构安全,从构造措施、施工控制及卸载监测等方面给出有效解决方案。对海洋乐园观赏池结构进行有限元分析,关键受力部位采用加强配筋或采用型钢混凝土构件,并给出了池体及钢结构耐腐蚀性措施。电影乐园骑乘设备支座结构建议控制好前期设计、施工工艺及检测校正等关键步骤,以满足设备安装精度要求。 As a new type shopping mall,Nanchang Wanda Mall structure characterizes multi-form combination,complex shape,hollow inside and large span and other characteristics,so framework structure is preferred to use for shopping mall structure system and steel structure is preferred to use for the entrance area and large span region. In view of the super long structural problem,it is suggested that structural joint should be flexibly jointed to decrease the length of structural monomer in company with the building function. Then this paper efficiently put forward the key measures in design and construction process. The design of pedestrian footbridge in shopping mall should be optimized by finite element method to meet the structural safety,structural comfort and the best visual effects. In order to ensure the safety of the long span cantilevered steel truss at the entrance,an effective solution is given from the aspects of structural measures,construction control and monitoring of the unloading stage. For ensuring the marine park ornamental pool structure safety and durability,it is suggested that structural design is carried out by finite element method and reinforcing reinforcement or steel reinforced concrete are used in the key position. Then this paper gives the corrosion resistance measures of pool body and steel structure. In order to meet the equipment installation accuracy requirements,the fixed support structure of the riding equipment in the movie park is recommended to control several key steps such as preliminary design,construction technology and process detection and correction.
