朱九思办学特色及其对高校办学者的启示

On Zhu Jiusi's School Running Characteristics and the Enlightenment to University Officials

穷尽心血、借鉴吸收,注重实践、实事求是,善于思考、把握时机,尊重规律、尊重人才,有胆有识、敢于创新,是"华工之父"朱九思的办学思想特色。正是由于这些特色,一所刚办不久的地方工学院短短数十年就成为一所全国名校。通过探究这些办学特色,期望能够对当前的高校办学者有所启示。

making exhaustive effort, borrowing and absorbing, being attention to practice, seeking truth from facts, being good at thinking, grasping the opportunity, respecting rules, respecting talents, being courageous and knowledgeable, daring to innovate were Zhu Jiusi＇s school running thought characteristics, who was the father of Huazhong Institute of Technology. Because of these characteristics, it has become a national famous school in a few decades. Through the study of the characteristics, we hope to give enlightenment to university officials.
