摘要
由于影像学扫描技术进步、对解剖学认识的加深和肝实质离断器械的革新,肝切除无论从开放手术还是腹腔镜肝切除均得到了极大的提高与普及。如何在此基础上进一步提高我国肝切除的技术进步,我们认为仍然有必要遵循中国肝细胞癌(简称:肝癌)病人的特点,结合现代肝切除的理念,进一步规范我国的肝切除技术,并做出一定的创新。
Due to the progress of imaging scanning , better understanding of anatomy and innovations of medical devices for liver parenchymal transection , liver resection has been greatly improved and popularized both in open and laparoscopic surgery .We believe it is necessary to follow the characteristics of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma , combining with modern liver resection concept , then we could further standardize hepatectomy, and could also bring out more innovations for hepatectomy .
