摘要
机车司机控制器是机车的核心控制设备,为了保证机车司机控制器的检修质量和检修速度,以及机车的平稳操纵和各种运行工况的实现,通过分析其工作原理,搭建硬件系统,在Windows CE操作系统下的控制平台上采用C#语言开发司机控制器测试仪,并对司机控制器测试仪进行模拟测试。测试结果表明,司机控制器测试仪测量精度能够达到设计要求,测试性能良好,使用便捷,可以投入实际应用。
The locomotive driver controller is the core control device of the locomotive. To ensure the muinte- nance quality and speed of locomotive driver controller, as well as the smooth operation of locomotive and the implementation of various work conditions, by analyzing the operational principle of the locomotive driver con- the tester. The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the tester can meet the design requirements very well. Besides, it is well-tested and easy to use. Consequently, the locomotive driver controller can be put into practical application.
