古代文献中关于糖尿病胃轻瘫的辨证治疗

糖尿病胃轻瘫是在糖尿病的基础上以胃动力障碍、胃排空延迟、胃电节律紊乱为主要特征,临床主要表现为厌食、恶心、呕吐、早饱、腹胀的疾病。《中华医典》包含了从古到今的常见的重要的以及不常见的中医典籍,其涵盖范围广,包括了医经类、方书类、医案类等1 000余本中医典籍,本文以糖尿病在古代文献中的糖尿病相关病名为搜索词,通过对《中华医典》的检索和阅读,收集古代对糖尿病胃轻瘫的论述和治疗并进行分析总结,为临床治疗和研究提供参考。

Diabetic gastroparesis （DGP） is characterized by gastric dysmotility, delayed gastric emptying, and gastric rhythm disorder on the basis of diabetes. Its clinical symptoms mainly include anorexia, nausea, vomiting, early satiety and bloating. Chinese Medical Code contains important and unusual Chinese medicine classics from the ancient time until now, which covers a wide range, including 1,000 Chinese medicine books, such as medical classics, formula books, cases books. This research retrieved Chinese Medical Code with the search word of diabetes to collect the discourses upon diabetic gastroparesis, providing relevant reference in clinic.
