中医综合疗法治疗老年骨质疏松症

Comprehensive TCM Therapy in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis

目的:观察中医综合疗法对老年人骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:门诊就诊的骨质疏松患者依治疗方法分为治疗组(中医综合干预治疗),对照组(口服碳酸钙D3片治疗),比较治疗6个月后患者中医症状改善率及骨密度值变化情况。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组下肢拘挛、畏寒肢冷、骨痛、腰膝酸软等中医症状改善率优于对照组,且骨密度提高优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率92.0%,对照组有效率76.9%。结论:中医综合疗法可以提高骨质疏松患者骨密度,改善老年骨质疏松患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive TCM therapy on osteoporosis in the elderly. Methods： Osteoporotic patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （comprehensive TCM treatment）, and the control group （oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets）. The improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and the changes of bone mineral density were compared among patients after six - month treatment. Results ： After treatment, the symptoms of lower limb spasm, aversion to cold, cold feeling of limbs, bone pain, soreness and weakness of the lower back and knees were improved, of which the treatment group was superior to the control group ; and the increase of bone mineral density in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%, compared to 76.9% of the control group. Conclusion ： TCM comprehensive therapy can improve bone mineral density and improve life quality in elderly patients with osteoporosis.
