摘要
目的探讨PHH3和cyclinD1在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Max Vision法检测103例NSCLC和40例周围正常肺组织中PHH3、cyclinD1蛋白的表达,分析其表达与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系及二者表达的相关性。结果 PHH3和cyclinD1在NSCLC组织中的表达率均明显高于周围正常肺组织,且其高表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、病理类型、是否侵犯脏层胸膜及肿瘤TNM分期无关(P>0.05);PHH3和cyclinD1在NSCLC组织中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier分析结果显示PHH3和cyclinD1的表达与预后呈负相关。结论 PHH3和cyclinD1在NSCLC组织中的过度表达可能与NSCLC的发生发展、侵袭转移有关,二者有望成为判定NSCLC及预测其侵袭转移能力的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PHH3 and cyclinD1 in non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of PHH3 and cyclinD1 protein in 103 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical MaxVision method. The relationship between the expression of PHH3 and cyclinD1 protein was analyzed. The relationship between the expression of PHH3 and the clinicopathological features of NSCLC was analyzed. Results The expression rates of PHH3 and cyclinD1 in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues, and their high expression was closely related to tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of PHH3 and cyclinD1 was significantly correlated with gender, age, pathological type, (P 〉 0.05 ). There was a positive correlation between PHH3 and cyclinD1 expression in NSCLC tissues (P 〈 0.05). Kaplan - Meier analysis showed that PHH3 and cyclinD1 expression was negatively correlated with prognosis. Conclusion The overexpression of PHH3 and cyclinD1 in NSCLC may be related to the development, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC, which is expected to be an indicator of NSCLC and its ability to predict invasion and metastasis.
