摘要 协同作用的产生需要系统具备开放性、非平衡、涨落及自组织等前提条件,粮食供应链系统开放、动态及自组织的特征符合协同理论中协同作用产生的条件,具备供应链协同的动机和前提。通过文献研究发现影响粮食供应链协同的因素有组织内、组织间及外部环境三类。粮食供应链系统演化的最终目的是实现系统与外部环境的协同进化,而系统演化的直接动力来源于内部,且各子系统间的协同和合作是促进系统演化并最终与外部环境相匹配的根本因素,因此,组织间的因素是影响粮食供应链协同的关键因素。 The prerequisites of collaboration are openness, non-equilibrium, fluctuation and self-organization in system. The char- acteristics of grain supply chain are openness, dynamics and self-organization, so grain supply chain has the motivations and pre- requisites to collaborate. Through literature research, three types of factors that influence the grain supply chain collaboration are summarized; they are inner-organization, inter-organizalion and the external environment. The ultimate goal of evolution of grain supply chain system is the co-evolution between system and external environment. Since the direct power of systematic evolution comes from the inside of the system, and the coordination and cooperation between each subsystems are fundamental factors to promote system evolution to the final match with the external environment, inter-organizational factors are key factors affecting the grain supply chain collaboration.
