小青龙汤结合西药治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

Observation of effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction with western medicine on asthmatic bronchitis

目的:观察小青龙汤结合西药治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效;方法:选取86例喘息性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予小青龙汤结合西药治疗,对照组患者仅予西药治疗,疗程7日。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%(95%CI=84.05%~99.41%),对照组为79.07%(95%CI=66.91%~91.23%),两组综合疗效比较(u=3.096 8,P=0.004 2),差异有显著性意义;与对照组比较,观察组患者咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、啰音消失时间、住院时间参数较对照组患者均显著缩短(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义;观察组肺功能参数FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF均显著提高(P<0.05);降低治疗后5个月内复发率(χ~2=6.332 3,P<0.05)。结论:采用小青龙汤结合西药治疗喘息性支气管炎的疗效优于单纯应用西药治疗,其收益为OR=0.18(95%CI=0.04~0.87),NNT=6(95%CI=3.29~46.30)。且可缩短临床症状消失时间和住院时间参数,改善患者的肺功能,降低复发率。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction with western medicine on asth- matic bronchitis. Methods： 86 cases of selected patients with asthmatic bronchitis were divided randomly into ob- servation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction with western medicine, while the patients in control group were treated only with western medicine, for 7 days. Results ： The total effective rate was respectively 95.35% （95% CI = 84.05% to 99.41% ） in observation group and 79. 07% （95% CI =66.91% to 91.23% ）in control group. Compared the comprehensive effect between two groups （ U = 3.096 8, P = 0.004 2）, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with control group, in obser- vation group, the disappearance time of cough, wheezing sounds and rales and the hospitalization time parameters of patients were significantly shortened, and shorter than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistical- ly significant. The lung function parameters FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, PEF of observation group were significantly raised （P 〈 0.05 ）. Within 5 months after reduced treatment, the recurrence rate in observation group was signifi- cantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 4. 440, P = 0. 035 ）. Con- clusion： The clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong that of pure western medicine; its benefit is decoction with western medicine on asthmatic bronchitis is better than OR =0.18（95% CI = 0.04 ~0.87）, and which can shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearance and hospitalization, improve the lung function of patients, and reduce the recur- rence rate.
