摘要
建立高效液相色谱检测1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂的分析方法。采用乙腈溶解样品,以乙腈和0.05%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,使用内填Nova-PakC_(18)的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm波长下对1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂进行分离和定量分析。藜芦碱在0.20~0.79 mg/mL、血根碱在0.17~0.83 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.99以上,回收率在99.26%~104.19%之间,标准偏差为0.084。该方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,准确度和精密度高,可以实现高效液相色谱对1%藜芦碱·血根碱可溶液剂的分离和检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for determination of sanguinarine + veratramine 1% SL. The samples were dissolved with acetonitrile and detected by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0. 05 % aqueous trifluoroacetic acid solution as mobile phase, Nova - Pak C18 column and DAD at 230nm. The linear ranges for sanguinarine and veratramine were 0. 17 -0. 83 mg/mL and 0. 20 -0.79 mg/mL, respectively, the correlation coefficients were all above 0. 99, the average recoveries for sanguinarine and veratramine ranged from 99.26% - 104. 19% , and the relative standard deviations were 0. 084. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive enough to be suitable for determination of sanguinarine + veratramine 1% SL.
