摘要
PDCA循环作为一套科学的管理体系,包含了质量管理的全过程,而课程管理涉及的课程编制、课程实施和课程评价,本质上就是对课程质量进行的过程管理和系统管理。PDCA循环的4阶段、8步骤管理模式以及螺旋式上升、周而复始的管理特点与高校课程管理模式有契合之处。江苏开放大学借鉴PD-CA循环,从计划、执行、检查、处理阶段探索PDCA循环课程管理实践,并总结出几个需要注意的问题,以期持续性改进学校的课程管理质量。
As a scientific management system,PDCA cycle contains all process of quality control.However,curriculum management which involves course design,course implementation,and course evaluation is a process and systematic management of curriculum quality.The four stages,eight steps and management characteristic of PDCA cycle have common points with curriculum management mode.Jiangsu Open University drew lessons from the PDCA cycle and has been carrying out the practical exploration of PDCA curriculum management,including planning,doing,checking and acting.In the process of practice,Jiangsu Open University summed up some problems which should be noticed so as to make continuous improvement on curriculum management.
