Tentative Study and Practice of Transporting Bulk Grain Open Wagons with Containers

为推进哈尔滨铁路局粮食运输作业集装化、标准化,提高装卸车效率及降低客户包装成本,在阐述目前国内外粮食运输现状的基础上,对敞车散粮集装化运输进行探索,提出运用敞车发运散粮的专用工具——敞车散粮自卸式运输袋运输粮食,健全规范敞车散粮自卸式运输袋的规格标准、装卸场地、设备条件、装载方案及作业流程,论述铁路敞车散粮集装化运输的实践效果,为铁路局敞车散粮集装化运输提供参考。

With the purpose of promoting standardized container grain transport in Harbin Railway Administration, and improving the loading efficiency as well as reducing the package cost to the customers, this paper first elaborates the current status of grain transport in China and other countries, and then studies the transport of bulk grain open wagons with containers. It proposes a special tool for carry bulk grain with open wagon： the automatic open wagon bulk grain transport bag. The specifications, loading area, facilities, loading plan and operation procedures with this transport bad are defined. The practical performance of transporting bulk grain open wagons with containers can serve as a reference for the railway administration.
