软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现及诊断分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨软骨母细胞瘤X线、CT和磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现特点。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2017年4月期间在我院就诊并经手术病理证实的10例软骨母细胞瘤患者的影像学资料,比较3种影像检查对软骨母细胞瘤的临床诊断价值。结果病灶在X线和CT上主要表现为骨骺或干骺端边界清楚的类圆形或圆形偏心性溶骨性骨破坏,周围可见硬化边,病灶内可见钙化。病灶在MRI上表现为不均匀的等T_1、混杂T_2信号。结论软骨母细胞瘤在影像学的表现上多具有特征性。X线为软骨母细胞瘤的首选检查方法。CT较好地显示病灶内部结构。MRI对病灶范围、大小、骨髓水肿,邻近软组织及关节异常信号的显示有优越性。 Objective To analyze theradiological findings of X-ray radiography (DR), computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of chondroblastoma. Methods The imaging data of 10 patients with chondroblastoma who underwent operation in our hospital during January 2011 to April 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The radiological findings of X-ray,CT and MRI, and the clinical value of the three methods in the diagnosis of chondroblastoma was compared. Results The characteristic imaging features on X-ray and CT include a well-defined eccentric oval or round lytic lesion involving the epiphysis adjacent to an open growth plate,a sharp sclerotic margin,spotty or patchy calcification might be encountered. The signal intensity on T1-weighted images is heterogeneously intermediate of the lesions,while it variably ranges from hypointense to hyperintense on T2-weighted images. Conclusion The imaging apperances of chondroblastoma has some characteristics. X-ray is the first examination for chondroblastoma. CT scan gives more specific information for regarding bone involvement. MRI shows the significant advantages on the extent,size, adjacent bone marrow and soft tissue edema and joint involvement of chondroblastoma.
