摘要
随着城市化进程的加速和房地产行业规模的激增,关于房产测绘时共用面积分摊的问题逐渐凸显。本文针对复杂的多功能房屋共有建筑面积分摊问题,运用现有的房产共有建筑面积分摊模型进行了初步分析。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid growth of the real estate industry, the problem of share area apportion in real estate mapping is also gradually highlighted. In this paper, the author analyzes the existing estate share area muhistage apportion model about the complex multi -function building.
