摘要
2014年以来,云南省各县(区)陆续开展了城市管线普查工作,建立了城市管线成果数据库。城市管线成果数据库一般基于地方发布的城市坐标系统建立,对其进行坐标转换是城市管线成果管理和应用中必不可少的工作。本文利用ADO数据库访问技术,采用平面四参数、布尔沙七参数模型实现了云南省城市管线数据库的快速转换,并将其应用于昆明、曲靖、大理等多个地(州)的成果管线数据库坐标转换工作中,均取得了良好的效果。
Since 2014, Yunnan province counties (districts) have launched a city pipeline survey work, establish the city pipeline database. Urban pipeline database are generally based on the local release of urban coordinate system, the coordinate transformation is the city pipeline production management and application of the inevitable work. This paper uses the ADO database access technology, using four parameter plane, bursa seven parameter model to achieve a rapid conversion of Yunnan province city pipeline database, and its application in Kunming, Qujing, Dali and many other land (state) pipeline database transformation, achieved good results.
